Annual Dues Information
Dues vary by location (lakefront lots and non-lakefront lots) and also by voting privileges (voting and non-voting).

Your dues are primarily used to maintain our parks and boat docks along with monitored security services. Board members do not receive any compensation and all dues go directly to supporting our subdivision.
Annual Dues Schedule
Non-Lakefront Lots
Lots without direct lake access are considered "Non-Lakefront Lots". Non-Lakefront lots are assessed a mandatory annual fee of $60 per deed restrictions, are "non-voting" and are assessed on a calendar year basis. Owners who pay an additional $15 ($75 total) are granted voting rights.
Lakefront Lots
Annual dues are $75 and are assessed on a calendar year basis. Voting privileges are provided to all members who are current on dues and are in good standing.
Note 1
In the event an owner owns more than one lot, only one fee is assessed per deed restrictions.

Annual statements are generally mailed the first week of April and are due by May 30 of the applicable year.
